Our Story
I fell in love with lashing after becoming a NovaLash Certified Stylist and it's been a whirlwind romance with lashes ever since. Customizing beautiful lashes for each unique client brings me great joy. Seeing the boost of confidence and the look on my clients face when they see themselves for the first time with their new lashes is priceless. I am a Texas state licensed esthetician, trained, and certified in the NovaLash technique. Extensions are meticulously applied lash by lash, using a physician developed, medical grade adhesive. This adhesive is rubberized, which helps it bend and flex with your natural lash. Every individual lash placement is critical and carefully considered. The results are lightweight, natural looking, and gorgeous lashes that are easy to maintain.

What To Expect
Please be prepared to spend about 1 to 2.5 hours on your back depending on the service you requested. Feel free to bring your earbuds to listen to your favorite music or podcasts. Avoid caffeine and energy drinks at least 3 hours prior to service (this causes your eyes to flutter). If you wear contat lens, please bring your eye case and contact solution. Please remove ALL eye makeup (this includes moisturizer and eye cream) before your lash appointment, or there will be a $25 makeup removal fee. Finally, arrive extremely excited for the services you are about to receive!
After Your Appointment
Cleansing your lashes will increase their longevity. We offer cleanLash which prolongs the life and radiance of the extensions by conditioning and restoring moisture. Your lashes will love you for it! Please comb your lash locks daily to keep extensions uniform and hair follicles stimulated. Do not comb lashes when wet. Wait for them to dry and style as usual. Always comb your lash locks with a clean mascara wand instead of your fingers for styling.
Deposits/Cancellations
A $25 deposit is required to secure your appointment and is non-refundable. This deposit will be applied to your service. Balance of service will be due after services are rendered. The deposit is non refundable if you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment. If rescheduling occurs, this deposit will be applied if the appointment is made and service occurs within 7 days of your original booking date. After 7 days, a new deposit will be required. By paying your deposit, you acknowledge you must be 18 years or older to enjoy our eyelash extensions service, and you agree to accept our deposit terms and conditions.
Arrival & Late Policy
First time clients, please arrive at least 15 mins prior to complete your paperwork. All clients arriving over 15 mins late may be asked to reschedule as late clients may inconvenience the next appointment. In this event, the rescheduling deposit policy will come into effect.
Appointments
We recommend that you make all appointments in advance to ensure availability as well as to secure the time that works best for your schedule. Please remember to book your next appointment before leaving the studio. For your convenience online booking is also available.
Guest Policy
Our studio is cozy; however, extra guests (including children) are not allowed at your appointment due to limited space and seating. We thank you for your cooperation in advance.
Pets
For the comfort and safety of all guests, please do not bring pets into the studio. As always, though, service dogs are welcome at any time.
Our No Refund Policy
JM Lash Studio does not offer refunds on any services we have already provided. If you are unhappy with a service, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will be happy to fix any issues you may have.
